The metal tail of the Airbus A320 rattled against a strip of concrete at the end of the Bengaluru runway, a sudden jolt that sent a ripple through the cabin.
The flight, scheduled from Indira Gandhi International Airport to Kempegowda International Airport, was on its final approach when the tail caught the ground a few hundred metres before touchdown.
